A year is way too long not to post. Not sure what happened there. Maybe life just got in the way. Anyway, I'm going to try to post here more often, especially when it comes to fitness and health. My other blog (novel-related) can handle the literary side of my life.
This morning, I did a short run, about 4.5 miles around the neighborhood and part of the Suncoast Trail. I am going to run more often (note, I didn't say "try to"). With my gym membership expiring a few months back, and that has to be for a reason, I feel like I had neglected my running. So, this is my way of getting back into things.
